Bad Habbits

What is Ergonomics? Ergonomics is the study of how the human body uses a work space and its equipment. Some bad habits that can cause pain are poor work spaces, holding the phone with your shoulder or leaning toward you computer screen. The Ergonomically sound is having a good work environment and following the rules to keeping your body safe at work. Some of the ways to keep your body from hurting or being sore are to keeping your back straight against the back of the chair and to have a chair that you can move up or down and that also that has arm rests.Be about 18 to 25 inches from the screen. Also, make sure your feet are flat on the ground.
If you start to feel soreness in your back , elbows, neck, wrists, or start getting headaches or migraines tell you boss your work environment isn't safe.
