One of the best ways that to start off your day is eating a healthy breakfast. But I'm sure we all know that. Some other ways to stay healthy are brushing your teeth. You do want stinky breath and I'm sure nobody wants to smell that. You also want to do this because you don't want to get cavities. Another way you can keep yor body healthy is to make a routine, my routine in the morning is eat breakfast, do my hair, get dressed, do my makeup, brush my teeth then make my bed. If you dont have a routine you might forget to do something and your brain isnt really awake in the morning.We all need to be healthy so we get good grades and have fun!!!!!
